EMPLOYMENT POLICY – AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT. The Company’s employment policy is “at-will”. Under the “at-will” policy, neither you nor the Company is committed to continuing the employment relationship for any specific term. Rather, the employment relationship will continue at will. Either side may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Also the Company retains the right to demote, transfer, change job duties, and change compensation at any time with or without notice and with or without cause in its sole discretion. In deciding to work for the Company, or continuing to work for the Company, you must understand and accept these terms of employment.

  • EMPLOYMENT POLICY 6.01 The Union and the Employer will cooperate in maintaining a desirable and competent labour force. The Employer will notify the Union of labour requirements giving as much prior notice as possible. The Union will provide a list of manpower available. The Employer at its discretion may hire employees listed or from other sources.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Summer Employment 26.1 In selecting teaching staffs for summer programs, employment shall be offered to teachers who are certified and “Highly Qualified” in the subject area(s).
