Employment Reference. If Executive’s employment is terminated without Cause, or Executive resigns for Good Reason, or this Agreement is not renewed by Company pursuant to a Change of Control, Executive and Employer will negotiate in good faith to reach an agreement on a neutral statement for termination or resignation, to the extent necessary or appropriate. This statement will include, at minimum and as applicable, positions held, date of hire, employment period and confirmation of salary history (if requested by Executive).
Employment Reference. 46.01 As a reply to a specific request in writing by an employee, NAV CANADA shall provide the following information to the prospective employer: • duration of service • principal duties and responsibilities and • a letter of reference at the discretion of NAV CANADA.
Employment Reference. For purposes of inquiries from prospective employers, the Company agrees to provide neutral employment information such as Executive’s dates of employment, job title(s) and salary. All inquiries from prospective employers shall be directed to Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
Employment Reference. The Company agrees that all inquiries to the Company regarding Employee’s employment shall be directed and responded to by the Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration, and shall reference only Employee’s dates of employment and positions held.
Employment Reference. In response to requests for job references, the Employer’s Human Resources Department shall limit its response to confirmation of Employee’s dates of employment with the Employer, positions held, and pay rates. If further information is requested, the Employer shall state that its policy is not to provide any further information.
Employment Reference. All requests for employment references or information related to Executive’s employment shall be directed to Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx. No other employee of the Company is authorized to give an employment reference for Employee. Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx will inform the potential employer that the Executive’s separation of employment was voluntary and will provide the Executive’s dates of employment and last position held.
Employment Reference. The Company agrees that all inquiries to the Company regarding Employee’s employment shall be directed and responded to by the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration. Said response shall reference only Employee’s dates of employment, positions held, and an agreed upon summary of Employee’s performance and reasons for departure from the Company (a copy of which is attached to this Agreement). Employee may list Xxx Xxxxxx and/or Xxxx Xxxxxxx as references who, if called upon by a prospective employer of Employee, will provide a recommendation consistent with the terms set forth in this paragraph. In the event that additional references are needed, Xxx Xxxxxx and/or Xxxx Xxxxxxx shall select director(s), officer(s), and/or Employee’s former staff who shall provide a recommendation consistent with the terms set forth in this paragraph. In order to ensure compliance with this paragraph, any and all reference and/or recommendations shall be presented to and approved by the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration prior to their release. 6. Employment Reference. MicroAge agrees to provide a reference and reason for Executive's separation that is consistent with a statement that will be mutually agreed to by MicroAge and Executive.
Employment Reference. The Company shall provide, and shall instruct its officers and directors to provide, a neutral employment reference to any potential employers that consider the employment of Xxxxxx and that seek information concerning the departure of Xxxxxx. A “neutral employment reference” means that the Company will provide to any such potential employers the positions held by Xxxxxx, the dates of Xxxxxx’x employment with the Company, Xxxxxx’x last compensation package, and advise any enquiring party that Xxxxxx resigned his position for family reasons.
Employment Reference. Companies agree to provide Employee with a letter of reference as set forth in Exhibit B hereto.
