End of the Assignment. The employee on the availability list is not required to pursue the replacement of a position temporarily deprived of its incumbent by virtue of clause 25.27 of the National Provisions if the number of days of this assignment has been modified. Likewise, the employee is not obliged to pursue an assignment when the absent incumbent on disability begins a rehabilitation period in her or his position pursuant to clause 30.19 of the National Provisions. However, the employee cannot leave an assignment when the second change is made to the unpaid leave portions of the extended parental leaves provided for in clause 25.27 and the subsequent clauses of the National Provisions.

End of the Assignment. At the end of the assignment or further to any event outlined in article 11.5, the Company will cover the reasonable costs of the repatriation of the Employee (and if required any accompanying family members) and any reasonable moving costs. If the Company initiates the end of the assignment, because it reaches its term or by anticipation, the Employee will be reintegrated into the Company, at an equivalent position to that they held before the assignment at a gross remuneration level equivalent to the level at the end of the assignment, excluding any assignment-related items. If the Employee cannot be reintegrated, the Company shall start the necessary dismissal procedures under French law and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
End of the Assignment. The assignment ends when you: · Repatriate to the home country to take up a new position with Walgreens; · Begin a new assignment with Walgreens; · Become a local hire at the host location or transfer permanently to a new location; or · End employment with Walgreens (e.g., resignation, termination, retirement, or death). On the assignment end date, Walgreens generally discontinues any global assignment adjustments and benefits. However, you may be eligible for some other benefits that will differ depending on which one of the scenarios above applies.

End of the Assignment. 14.1 The Assignment is terminated at the moment that the documentation agreed in the Assignment to be delivered and/or the performance of the last work has been approved by the Client or if the agreed upon end date has expired. If this approval is not received by the Client for more than 30 days after delivery of the documentation to be delivered agreed in the Order, this approval is deemed to have been granted. If the final documentation cannot be completed due to the Client's failure to provide comments on the draft within a reasonable period of time, this draft will be regarded as the final final document.
