End User Account. 6.1 In connection with your use of the Website and/or services offered on the Website, you may be required to create and register an Account by completion of a registration form. You represent and warrant that all information uploaded or supplied by you in relation to your Account or any information you provide otherwise in connection with your use of the services will be current, complete and accurate, and that you will update that information as necessary to maintain its completeness and accuracy by visiting your personal profile.
6.2 You are responsible to share correct and accurate information with the Company for registration and maintenance of the User’s Account. You will also be responsible to inform the Company of any change to the any user information. A failure in doing so may lead to the Company being unable to provide its services to you, in which case the Company shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, harm or injury.
6.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account access information and username and password, if you are registered on the Website. You shall be responsible for all usage of your account and password, whether or not authorized by you. You shall immediately notify the Company of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account or password. The Company will not be liable for your losses, damage or injury caused by any unauthorized use of your account; however, you may be liable for the losses of the Company or others due to such unauthorized use.
6.4 The Company shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the User information (personal information or sensitive personal data or information) supplied by you to the Company or to any other person acting on behalf of the Company or to any of the partnered service providers of the Company.
6.5 If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Company has the right to discontinue the services (if any) to you at its sole discretion.

End User Account. Each End-User will have their own user account (“User Account”), as more fully described in the VirBELA End-User License Agreement. The maximum number of End-Users that may use the Subscription Services shall not exceed the number of Registered Users, as set forth in the Customer Order Form. However, if this maximum number is exceeded, then we will assess an “Additional Registered User Fee,” as provided in Section 4(b), below. The maximum number of Registered Users that may use the Subscription Services at any one time shall not exceed the maximum number of Concurrent Users, as set forth in the Customer Order Form. However, if this maximum number is exceeded, then, (i) we will assess an “Additional Concurrent User Fee,” as provided in Section 4(b), below, but only if this option is selected on the Customer Order Form, or (ii) we may restrict access rights to aspects of the Subscription Services, or suspend Customer’s Organization Account, or terminate this Agreement, as provided in Section 6, below.
