End User Consent. Customer’s Administrators may have the ability to access, monitor, use, or disclose data available to End Users within the End User Accounts. Customer will obtain and maintain all required consents from End Users to allow: (i) Customer’s access, monitoring, use and disclosure of this data and Google providing Customer with the ability to do so and (ii) Google to provide the Services.
End User Consent. Administrators will have the ability to monitor, access or disclose End User data associated with Managed Apple ID accounts through the Web Portal and/or Administrator tools. You represent and warrant that, prior to deploying the Service to Institution and any End Users, You will provide sufficient notice and disclosure of the terms of this Agreement, and obtain and maintain all necessary rights and consents, either from each End User, or where necessary and applicable, each End User’s parent or legal guardian, to allow Apple to: (1) provide and improve the Service in accordance with this Agreement; and (2) access and receive End User data that may arise as part of the provision of the Service.
End User Consent. Customer’s Administrators may have the ability to access, monitor, use, or disclose data available to End Users within the Chromebox for Meetings Services and data about the location of Customer’s Hardware. Customer will obtain and maintain all required consents from End Users to allow: (a) such access, monitoring, use and disclosure; and (b) Provider to provide the Services.
End User Consent. Customer acknowledges that Augmetec is not required to verify whether Customer has duly provided any prior information or notification to its employees, agents, directors, consultants or other end users. Where required by Applicable Data Protection Law, Customer will ensure that it has duly obtained (or will duly obtain) any required consent and complies with all applicable requirements under Applicable Data Protection Law with respect to the Data disclosed to and processed by Augmetec under this Addendum, and Customer shall bear all liability in such circumstances.
End User Consent. Except in relation to End Users described in Section 8 (Parental Consent), Customer will, before it allows any End Users to access or use any Additional Products, obtain and maintain consents from those End Users to the collection and use of their personal information in connection with those Additional Products.

You will provide all required disclosures to and will obtain and maintain all required consents from End Users to allow: (i) Administrators to have the access described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy; and (ii) Toca’s provision of the Cloud Product to Administrators and End Users.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all applicable consents, approvals, permissions, and authorization from end users that are necessary to allow Radar to collect and use the Customer Data in accordance with these Product Terms of Use and the Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall publish and maintain privacy policies and disclosures for all Customer Properties that: (i) comply with all applicable laws and these Product Terms of Use and the Agreement; and (ii) contain clear disclosures to end users stating that the Customer Data will be collected and used in accordance with these Product Terms of Use and the Agreement (including Radar’s privacy policy located at xxxxx.xx/xxxxxxx). When you provide any data (e.g., Apple IDFAs, Android advertising IDs, or location data) to Radar in any manner other than through the Services, including without limitation through an API or an SDK proprietary to you, you shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any such collection and transfer of data is done in full compliance with applicable end user's stated preferences, including without limitation device settings to "Limit Ad Tracking" and "Opt Out of Ads Personalization.
