Enquiries by Data Subjects. Where a data subject asserts claims for rectification, erasure or access against Processor, and where Processor is able to correlate the data subject to Controller, based on the information provided by the data subject, Processor shall refer such data subject to Controller. Processor shall forward the data subject’s claim to Controller without undue delay. Processor shall support Controller, where possible, and based upon Controller’s instruction insofar as agreed upon. Processor shall not be liable in cases where Controller fails to respond to the data subject’s request completely, correctly, or in a timely manner.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. Where a data subject asserts claims for rectification, erasure or access against Supplier, and where Supplier is able to correlate the data subject to Company, based on the information provided by the data subject, Supplier shall refer such data subject to Company. Supplier shall forward the data subject’s claim to Company without undue delay. Supplier shall support Company, where possible, and based upon Company’s instruction insofar as agreed upon. Supplier shall not be liable in cases where Company fails to respond to the data subject’s request in total, correctly, or in a timely manner.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. The Provider will assist You in answering a data subject’s enquiry related to Your collection, processing or use of such data subject’s data by Your Use of the Service at your written request. You and the Provider acknowledge the right of individuals falling under the protection of the GDPR to access their personal data pursuant to the GDPR and will grant individuals reasonable access to personal information they received pursuant to these principles. In addition, You and the Provider will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete such information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete. An individual may request to access his or her information, or otherwise correct, amend, or delete his or her information pursuant to the GDPR by contacting the Provider at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. Enquiries by Data Subjects. (1) Where, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, Company is obliged to answer a data subject’s enquiry related to the collection, processing or use of such data subject’s data, Supplier shall support Company in providing the required information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible. The foregoing shall apply only where Company has so instructed Supplier in writing or in text form, and where Company reimburses Supplier for reasonable cost and expenses incurred in providing such support. Supplier shall not directly respond to any enquiries of data subjects and shall refer such data subjects to Company.
(2) Where a data subject requests Supplier correct, delete or block data, Supplier shall refer such data subject to Company.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. Where a data subject asserts claims for rectification, erasure or access against Onapsis, and where Onapsis is able to correlate the data subject to Customer, based on the information provided by the data subject, Onapsis shall refer such data subject to Customer. Onapsis shall forward the data subject’s claim to Customer without undue delay. Onapsis shall support Customer, where possible, and based upon Customer’s instruction insofar as agreed upon. Onapsis shall not be liable in cases where Customer fails to respond to the data subject’s request in total, correctly, or in a timely manner. Customer shall compensate Onapsis on time and material basis.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. Where a data subject asserts claims for rectification, erasure or access against Famly, and where Famly is able to correlate the data subject to the Customer, based on the information provided by the data subject, Famly shall refer such data subject to the Customer. Famly shall forward the data subject’s claim to the Customer without undue delay. Famly shall support the Customer, where possible, and based upon The Customer’s instruction insofar as agreed upon. Famly shall not be liable in cases where the Customer fails to respond to the data subject’s request in total, correctly, or in a timely manner.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. (1) Where a data subject asserts claims based on the rights listed in chapter III §15-22 of the GDPR:
a) rectification, b) erasure
c) restriction of processing
d) data portability against QPM, and where the QPM is able to correlate the data subject to the User, based on the information provided by the data subject, QPM shall refer such data subject to the User.
(2) Direct contact with the data subject will be limited to this reply.
(3) QPM shall forward the data subject’s claim to the User without undue delay. QPM shall support the User, where possible, and based upon the User r’s instruction insofar as agreed upon. QPM shall not be liable in cases where the User fails to respond to the data subject’s request in total, correctly, or in a timely manner.
(4) User and QPM shall be liable to data subject in accordance with Article 82 of the GDPR.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. Where a data subject asserts claims for rectification, erasure or access against Atos Unify, and where Atos Unify is able to correlate the data subject to Partner, based on the information provided by the data subject, Atos Unify shall refer such data subject to Partner. Atos Unify shall forward the data subject’s claim to Partner without undue delay. Atos Unify shall support Partner, where possible, and based upon Partner’s instruction insofar as agreed upon. Atos Unify shall not be liable in cases where Partner fails to respond to the data subject’s request in total, correctly, or in a timely manner.
Enquiries by Data Subjects. 6.1 Where, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, Subscriber or one of Subscriber´s customers is obliged to answer a data subject’s enquiry related to the collection, processing or use of such data subject’s data, Honeywell Homes shall support the Subscriber in providing the required information. The foregoing shall only apply where Subscriber has so instructed Honeywell Homes in writing or in text form, and where Subscriber reimburses Honeywell Homes for any cost and expenses not covered by other fees. Honeywell Homes shall not directly respond to any enquiries of data subjects and shall refer such data subjects to the Subscriber.
6.2 Where a data subject requests Honeywell Homes to correct, delete or block data, Honeywell Homes shall refer such data subject to the Subscriber.
