Enrollment Policies. Any student who resides in the Attendance Zone of the district campus as it existed before the operation of the district campus under this contract may attend the School and may not be refused enrollment. 10.07.2 Subject to Paragraph 10.07, OP shall first admit students who were previously enrolled at the School. OP then shall admit students who are in the Attendance Zone of the School and/or who in the School’s feeder pattern.

If after the District’s initial enrollment period, there are additional spots remaining, they shall first be filled by the students who reside in the District and then filled by students who reside outside of the District. A student who does not reside within the Attendance Zone of the School may be denied admission initially or at any point during enrollment on the basis of discipline and attendance issues in accordance with District policies. The Childcare Center will prioritize serving the children of SFPUC employees, the children of other City employees, and the children of the community surrounding the SFPUC Headquarters which includes children in the 94102 (Tenderloin) and 94103 (South of Market) zip codes. Enrollment Policies a. Each fall and spring semester, Pathway students must enroll in at least twelve credit hours. They must include three to four credit hours each semester at Texas State. Only courses that are Texas State core or degree/TSI requirements count toward the program’s completion requirements.
b. Pathway students cannot take 8-week or 12-week courses at ACC-Xxxx. All courses must be taken face-to-face, and not online.
c. A Pathway student who drops or withdraws from their Texas State course(s) will be withdrawn from Texas State for that semester and forfeits all Texas State student privileges for the remainder of the term (i.e., use of campus facilities, residence halls, sports tickets, etc.). Unless otherwise prohibited, this student may continue in the Pathway Program in the subsequent semester.

No adult student not otherwise attending a public school in Texas may be enrolled in the School without the mutual agreement of the Parties.
