Enrolment conditions. You may enrol multiple Eligible Devices (each with a separate IMEI and MDN) under separate Subscriptions. You will be charged an Enrolment Fee for each enrolled Eligible Device and each Subscription will have separate Swap and Mobile Refresh entitlements.
