Entitlement to Other Sick Leave. 13.3.1 Pursuant to Education Code section 45196, every July 1st, each permanent unit member shall be credited with 100 days of fifty percent (50%) pay sick days. The 100 days per fiscal year runs concurrently with the use of sick leave taken in accordance with Article 13.2 and days of industrial accident or illness leave in accordance with Article 13.
