Entitlement to Other Sick Leave. Entitlement to other sick leave (refer to Education Code 45196) shall be used after entitlement to all regular sick leave accumulated, comp time, vacation or other available paid leave has been exhausted. Colusa USD uses the method of granting up to 5 months of Differential Pay.
