Entitlement to Overtime Rates. 25.2.1 A full-time Employee is paid at overtime rates for any work performed outside:
a) the Employee’s ordinary hours of work;
b) the average of 38 hours per week; and
c) the maximum ordinary hours in a single day.
Entitlement to Overtime Rates. 27.2.1 A full-time or part-time employee will be paid at overtime rates for any work that is required by the Company to be performed outside of the ordinary hours set out in clause 23 of the Agreement.
27.2.2 A casual employee will be paid at overtime rates in the circumstances specified in clause 13.5.

Entitlement to Overtime Rates. 27.2.1 A Work Cycle employee will be paid at Site rates for any work required to be performed in excess of the total hours of a Work Cycle Roster.
27.2.2 To avoid doubt, any hours that are worked in addition to an employee’s rostered hours or Work Cycle Roster must be approved by the Business Unit Manager prior to those hours being worked in order for an employee to be entitled to the payment of additional hours.
