Entrance into Agreement and Terms of Use. White Paper 4.1. This Agreement shall be effective and binding on the Company and the Buyer when the Buyer receives the Tokens on Buyer’s Ethereum ERC20 Wallet address in number calculated depending on the value of the Purchase Amount received from the Buyer. 4.2.
