Contractor assures that he/she/it will comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and that no person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, religion, Veteran’s status, political affiliation, or any other non-merit factor, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under this Agreement.

Tentative examination bulletins approved by the Head of the Examining Division of the Personnel Department will be mailed two (2) calendar days prior to the date that said bulletins are scheduled to be approved by the Civil Service Commission.
