Equipment and Transportation. The Service Provider shall provide any and all equipment, including but not limited to uniforms and other items of clothing, weapons, ammunition, motor vehicles, baton, flashlights, batteries, communication devices, required to provide the services to the Client as set forth in Annex C, unless excluded under paragraph 9(d) below. This includes the obligation of the Service Provider to provide equipment necessary for the complete range of security services required under this Contract at appropriate levels for each type of security service provided, including necessary equipment for any individual Guard engaged, assigned or employed by it in connection with the provision of services to the Client under this Contract. It also includes the obligation of the Service Provider to ensure that all equipment used in connection with the provision of services under this Contract is maintained in good working order.

Equipment and Transportation. 1. Sellers shall provide Carriers with all necessary equipment and supplies for the performance of Contracted Services. Carrier shall not be responsible for the purchase of airplane tickets or booking of flights. 2. Carrier represents that they have, or can lawfully operate, vehicles or transportation necessary for performing Contracted Services. Carrier is solely responsible for ensuring that the vehicle used conforms to all vehicle safety, equipment, inspection, and operational capability laws. 3. Except as otherwise provided by Seller, Carrier agrees that they are responsible for any costs and expenses arising from Carrier's performance of Contracted Services.
