Equipment Manuals. CONTRACTOR shall obtain and furnish three (3) complete sets of manuals containing the manufacturers' instructions for maintenance and operation of each item of equipment and apparatus furnished under the Contract Documents and any additional data specifically requested under the various sections of the Specifications for each division of the Work. The manuals shall be arranged in proper order, indexed, and placed in three-ring binders. At the completion of its Work, the CONTRACTOR shall certify, by endorsement thereon, that each of the manuals is complete, accurate, and covers all of its Work. Prior to submittal of CONTRACTOR’s Application for Final Payment, and as a further condition to its approval by the ARCHITECT, each Subcontractor shall deliver the manuals, arranged in proper order, indexed, endorsed, and placed in three-ring binders, to the CONTRACTOR who shall assemble these manuals for all divisions of the Work, review them for completeness, and submit them to the DISTRICT through the ARCHITECT.

Equipment Manuals. 1. In the event an equipment manual is not available, the City shall attempt to provide a satisfactory replacement from the equipment manufacturer.

Equipment Manuals. During and after the Transition Period, NEA shall make available copies of all Equipment vendors' manuals and any other relevant information provided by any agent or contractor performing services for and on behalf of NEA with respect to the Facility. 7.4
Equipment Manuals. Equipment operating manuals, if available, will be provided to the Contractor on contract start date. A joint inventory will be taken of available equipment operating manuals. If any subsequent inventory shall disclose the loss of any manuals, the Contractor shall replace the manual by obtaining a new copy from the equipment manufacturer. Replacement manuals shall become the property of the Government.
