Commissioning Agent. Commissioning Agent shall mean the person or entity appointed by the Owner, if any, to assist with
Commissioning Agent. The Owner may elect to acquire the services of a commissioning agent to inspect, review documents and /or perform acceptance testing of equipment or systems. The Construction Manager shall assist the commissioning agent as required.
Commissioning Agent. That individual or firm engaged by the Owner to commission the project.
Commissioning Agent. A Commissioning Agent shall perform building commissioning activities and monitor testing activities. CM/GC and Commissioning Agent shall coordinate and supervise the training activities related to each system.
Commissioning Agent or CxA – means the qualified professional consulting services firm performing professional engineering services for retro-commissioning the existing mechanical and building automation systems at the Xxxxx School pursuant to this Contract.
Commissioning Agent services consisting of development of the Owner’s Project Requirements(OPR) and sustainable Basis of Design (BOD) for review by the County and design team.
Commissioning Agent services consisting of commissioning kick-off meeting, development of pre- functional checklists, functional testing, integrated testing, and post-construction phase servicesincluding O&M manual review, assist with systems manual development, and final commissioning report.
Commissioning Agent. 3.3. The Construction Manager must not change any of the key personnel listed above and in Exhibit “F” without prior written approval by the Council, unless those individuals cease to be employed by Construction Manager. In either case, the Council will be allowed to interview and approve replacement personnel.
3.4. If any designated lead or key person, Consultant or Subconsultant employee fails to perform to the satisfaction of the Council, then upon written notice, the Construction Manager must immediately remove that person, Consultant or Subconsultant employee from the Project and provide a temporary replacement. Construction Manager must within seven (7) days provide a permanent replacement person, Consultant or Subconsultant employee acceptable to the Council. All lead or key personnel for any Subconsultant must also be designated by the Consultant.
3.5. The Construction Manager is responsible for all costs associated with replacing any of Construction Manager’s key personnel, including the additional costs to familiarize replacement personnel with the Work. If the Construction Manager does not furnish replacement personnel acceptable to the Council, the Agreement may be terminate this for cause.
3.6. Construction Manager represents that the Construction Manager has no existing interest and will not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, that could conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of Services required under this Agreement and that no person having any conflict of interest will be employed by Construction Manager.
Commissioning Agent services consisting of finalization of the OPR and sustainable BOD, and development of the commissioning specifications.
Commissioning Agent. Individual or entity retained by the Department for the purpose of providing services such as design intent documentation, commissioning plan, constructability evaluation, commissioning of any of the various constructed building systems, and training.
