AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT. The use of the movie screen, podium, basic stage lights, pianos, projector, microphones, headsets, sound system, spotlights and risers are included in the facility rental charges. TECHNICAL DIRECTOR DUTIES: The Technical Director is considered to be the following: Light Board and/or Sound Board Operator. Labor for load-ins and load-outs are to be covered by the renter. The Technical Director or his designee will determine what constitutes the house restore (order of the facility when the event is complete).

AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT. As referenced in Article 1, RIFS will provide students with free use of its equipment, including: ▪ Video cameras (different models) and related accessories/lenses etc. ▪ Still cameras ▪ Tripods ▪ Sound equipment ▪ Lighting and grip equipment, gimbals, flags, c-stands, gobos, etc. ▪ Supplemental gear and expendables ▪ iMac Computers (for editing), assorted hard drives and peripherals RIFS is apt to rent additional equipment for student productions and training beyond the property belonging to the school. The list of this equipment will be made available to students as the school terms progress upon request of students to the Director of Studies. This equipment may be subject to change, depending on need, availabilities, and timing. PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT BOOKING There is a procedure where students book the equipment needed for their exercises and productions with relevant faculty, and in each case sign out the equipment they are taking for those shoots. The forms detail the names of students, contact information, faculty member signing them out, which project it is meant for, the dates in and out for the gear, thereby assuring the school of its safe return in a prompt and timely manner. Copies of these forms will be furnished to the administration.

AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT. The furniture in the Community Room may be moved around, but must be put back in their original place at the end of the event. There are 5 folding card tables in the cabinet labeled Library Tables. Requests for the projector and laptop must be made at the time of reservation. Requests for the microphone must be made at the time of reservation. Renters are allowed to use the projector screen with their own equipment. The library cannot guarantee that all presentations will work on library equipment. An appointment can be made with library staff to test equipment. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES Cancellation of reservations due to weather (i.e. snow day) or other unexpected library closings will either be refunded or rescheduled, at the preference of the renter. Reservations may be denied if library staff believes the group has abused the use of the facilities, if the event conflicts with the mission of the West Xxxxxx County Library, or would be disruptive to the use of the library by others.   • Mandatory equipment (a) All Employees engaged to work on site will be supplied with safety footwear and safety helmets appropriate to the work that they perform before commencing work on a project. The safety footwear will be of an equivalent standard to those made by:

  • Equipment Usage The equipment must remain in use for the specific project for which it was obtained in accordance with 2 CFR § 200.313(c)(1), unless the provision in 2 CFR § 200.313(c)(4) applies.

  • Required Equipment Employees are expected to be at their individual work stations with required equipment in operable condition at the scheduled shift starting time.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use
