Ethics Management in SGA1. During the SGA1 Ethics Management will continue to work on the various activities described above. A key component of work in the next stage will be to guide the ethical aspects of the platforms and data flows that will be part of the operational phase. This will include further development of action plans, where required of SOPs and the start of ethics audits of specific aspects such as the compliance with terms of service. Further outreach to other groups and activities (e.g. EUREC or the US BRAIN initiative) will form part of the SGA1 activities. In preparation for the SGA1, Ethics Management will work with the EAB in order to establish principles of the Ombudsperson programme and ensure that this forms part of the new Project governance.

  • Crisis Management 1. The Parties reaffirm their commitment to cooperating in promoting international peace and stability.

  • Labour Management (a) No employee or group of employees will undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without the proper authorization of the Union. Neither will the University meet with any employee or group of employees undertaking to represent the Union without the authorization of the Union. In representing an employee or group of employees, an elected or appointed representative of the Union will speak for the Union.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Pain Management Inpatient rehabilitation for Pain Management is excluded.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES 8.01 It is understood that the Management may at any time file a grievance with the staff representative of the Union and request a meeting with him to discuss any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its officers or committee member, in its relationships with the Company or other employees or with respect to any complaint that there has been a violation of any contractual obligation undertaken by the Union, and that if such grievance by the Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties it may be referred to arbitration as set forth in Article VII above.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Meetings with Management The Shop Xxxxxxx will be allowed release time during working hours, without loss of pay or leave credits, to meet with management only when the Superintendent of Highways or Town Supervisor has requested the meeting.
