Common use of Evaluation Conference Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Conference. Within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the evaluation report, the employee may request a confidential conference with the responsible evaluator for the purpose of reviewing the evaluation report. Such conference shall take place within fifteen (15) days thereafter, unless postponed by mutual consent or due to extenuating circumstances such as illness or absence. The evaluation conference shall not be used as a formal meeting to issue a formal reprimand or discipline an employee. The employee may submit signed comments which shall be attached to the report in his/her personnel file.
