Evaluation Procedures for Permanent Employees. 16.4.1 Permanent unit members shall be evaluated utilizing the Mutual Feedback Form in Appendix C approximately every twelve (12) months. Following best practices in employer/employee relations, supervisors and employees need to be continually engaged in providing constructive feedback to each other. The Mutual Feedback Conference provides both the unit member and supervisor with an opportunity to informally discuss professional and/or personal goals, job satisfaction, performance levels, and any other job related issue with each other in an informal, non-threatening setting.
