Common use of Evening and Night Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Evening and Night Shift Differential. Any employee in the unit who is assigned to a regularly established evening or night shift as defined by Los Angeles County Code, Section 610.020 (A), shall receive a per hour bonus of $1.00 for each hour worked.
