Evening and Night Shift Premium. An employee shall be paid a shift premium for every evening and night shift when one-half or more than one-half of the hours worked fall within the defined evening or night shift. In such cases the shift premium shall be paid for the total number of hours worked. The shift premium shall apply to overtime hours worked during the evening or night shift.
