Common use of Evening Shift Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift. The Evening Shift shall consist of up to eight (8) hours of work (“Evening Shift Hours”) beginning at any time between 2:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M., which shall be paid at the Employee’s Straight Time Rate plus a 10% premium. Hours worked in excess of Evening Shift Hours instead receive overtime pay computed in accordance with Clause (e) for work.

Evening Shift. The Evening Shift shall consist of up to eight seven and one-half (8) 7 ½) hours of work (“Evening Shift Hours”) beginning at any time between 2:30 3:00 P.M. and 4:30 P.M., which shall be paid for at eight (8) times the Employee’s Straight Time Rate Rate, plus a 10% premium. Hours worked in excess of Evening Shift Hours instead receive overtime pay computed in accordance with Clause (eh) for workwork in excess of Evening Shift Hours.

Evening Shift. Hours worked in excess of Evening Shift Hours instead receive $2.00 per hour shift additive, plus overtime pay computed in accordance with Clause (h) for work in excess of Evening Shift Hours, subject to Clause (e) below for workEvening Shifts including a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday.
