Twenty Years of Service. Employees who have completed twenty (20) years of appointed service for the County are eligible to receive an additional two and one-half percent (2.5%) longevity differential effective on the first day of the month following the month in which the employee completes twenty years of service, for a total longevity differential of ten percent (10%). For employees who completed twenty (20) years of appointed service on or before July 1, 2006, this longevity differential will be paid prospectively only from July 1, 2006.
Twenty Years of Service. After 20 years of service, in addition to above, another 1.0% of pay will be added to the employee’s base hourly rate of pay.
