Evidence from File. 24.4 The College shall not introduce as evidence in any proceeding involving an Employee any document that is not in, or referenced in, the Official Employment File of the Employee and which does not meet the requirements of clause 24.3.
Evidence from File. The Employer agrees not to introduce as evidence in a hearing relating to a disciplinary action any document from the "personnel" file of a Nurse the existence of which the Nurse was not made aware of at the time of filing.

Evidence from File. Notices of disciplinary action which may have been placed on the personnel file of employees shall be removed after not more than eighteen (18) months have elapsed since the disciplinary action has been taken, provided that no similar disciplinary action has been recorded. The Employer shall not introduce as evidence in a Hearing relating to disciplinary action any document from the file of an employee, the existence of which the employee was not aware of at the time of the filing or within a reasonable period thereafter.
