Evidence of Electronic Fund Transfers. An electronic fund transfer made by you will be evidenced by a receipt provided to you at the time of any electronic fund transfer at the time you make such transfer to or from your account using an ATM or through a POS transaction. In addition, you will get a monthly statement for each account accessible via electronic fund transfer, unless there are no such transactions for a particular month. In any case, you will get a statement at least quarterly. All such receipts and statements will be admissible as evidence of the withdrawal, deposit or other transaction they represent in any action in a court of law. Error Resolution. If you notify us orally or in writing, within 60 days after receipt of a statement, that an electronic fund transfer error affecting your account(s) has occurred, we will investigate the alleged error and report the results of the investigation to you within 10 business days. We will have no duty to investigate any such error unless you notify us by calling us at: 000-000-0000 or by writing us at: OUR Credit Union 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx Xxx, XX 00000 during business hours, nor, in the event you provide us with oral notification, will we be required to investigate any such error unless you provide us with written notification of that alleged error within 14 calendar days following oral notification on a form we will provide to you for that purpose. Our report to you shall do either of the following: • Provisionally correct the amount in question and provide you with written notification of the correction and, if the correction is not in the exact amount of the alleged error, provide you with a written explanation of any difference between the alleged error and correction made. In the event we make a provisional correction to your account, we may charge back the corrected amount to your account 15 days after providing notification and an explanation of the charge-back to you. A provisional correction shall become final not later than 60 days after the day it is made. A provisional correction shall be accompanied by a notice explaining to you that the amount of the correction may be charged back to your account within 60 days. • Provide you with a written explanation, stating the reason we believe the statement is correct.   • Electronic Fund Transfers Your Account allows you to withdraw funds up to the Available Balance or make deposits through Electronic Fund Transfers (“EFTs”). EFTs are transactions that are processed by electronic means and include, among others, ACH transfers, debit or ATM card transactions and direct deposits. This Section provides you with information and important disclosures and terms about the EFTs that are permitted on your Account. You may also receive additional services through Online Banking Services provided by the Program Partner, that allow you to initiate EFTs to and from your Account that are not described in this Agreement. You will be provided separate agreements and disclosures applicable to those services by the Program Partner.

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • Electronic Fund Transfers Initiated By Third Parties You may authorize a third party to initiate electronic fund transfers between your account and the third party’s account. These transfers to make or receive payment may be one-time occurrences or may recur as directed by you. These transfers may use the Automated Clearing House (ACH) or other payments network. Your authorization to the third party to make these transfers can occur in a number of ways. For example, your authorization to convert a check or draft to an electronic fund transfer or to electronically pay a returned check or draft charge can occur when a merchant provides you with notice and you go forward with the transaction (typically, at the point of purchase, a merchant will post a sign and print the notice on a receipt). In all cases, these third party transfers will require you to provide the third party with your account number and credit union information. This information can be found on your check or draft as well as on a deposit or withdrawal slip. Thus, you should only provide your credit union and account information (whether over the phone, the Internet, or via some other method) to trusted third parties whom you have authorized to initiate these electronic fund transfers. Examples of these transfers include, but are not limited to: • Preauthorized credits. You may make arrangements for certain direct deposits to be accepted into your checking or savings account(s). • Preauthorized payments. You may make arrangements to pay certain recurring bills from your checking or savings account(s). • Electronic check or draft conversion. You may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from your checking or share draft account using information from your check or draft to pay for purchases or pay bills. • Electronic returned check or draft charge. You may authorize a merchant or other payee to initiate an electronic funds transfer to collect a charge in the event a check or draft is returned for insufficient funds. Direct Touch Banking Telephone Transfers - types of transfers - You may access your account by telephone 24 hours a day at (000) 000-0000 and Toll Free (866) 913- 3733 using your personal identification number, a touch tone phone, and Base account number, to: • transfer funds from checking to savings • transfer funds from savings to checking • transfer funds from savings to savings • make payments from checking to loan accounts with us • make payments from savings to loan accounts with us • get information about: - the account balance of checking accounts - the last five transactions to checking accounts - the account balance of savings accounts - the last five transactions to savings accounts Please also see Limitations on frequency of transfers section regarding limitations that apply to telephone transfers.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.
