Trauma-Informed Care (Seeking Safety or other HHSC-approved EBP); ii. Motivational Interviewing; iii. SAMHSA Supported-Employment EBP Toolkit; iv. SAMHSA Permanent Supported Housing EBP Toolkit; and

Evidenced-Based Practices, Training and Supervision a. Grantee shall provide stage-wise, effective, evidence-based practices (EBP), including the following: i. Trauma-Informed Care (Seeking Safety or other HHSC-approved EBP); ii. SAMHSA Motivational Interviewing EBP Toolkit; iii. SAMHSA Supported-Employment EBP Toolkit; iv. SAMHSA PSH EBP Toolkit; and v. SAMHSA Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders EBP Toolkit. b. Grantee shall hire qualified staff and provide training (both initial and on-going) on EBP. c. Housing services shall include a low staff-to-resident caseload ratio with caseload sizes from 10 to 20 participants per staff member, the provision of on-call services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and a staffing pattern that accommodates residents who work and are at home during the evenings and on weekends. d. Grantee shall provide both administrative and appropriate clinical supervision of staff consistent with license and credentials of the supervisor and staff. Grantee shall require that staff providing clinical services are competent to provide evidence-based best practices.

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review. This access includes but is not limited to client records, fiscal records, staffing records, policy and procedural manuals, facilities, staff, and children in care of the Department. The Department will conduct quality reviews, which may include site-based quality review visits.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
