Any future intrusive work that wiII penetrate, encounter or disturb the remaining contamination, and any modifications or repairs to the existing cover system wiII be performed in compIiance with this SMP and Deed Restriction. The Property owner and associated parties preparing the remediaI documents submitted to the State, and parties performing this work, are compIeteIy responsibIe for the safe performance of aII invasive work, the structuraI integrity of excavations, and for structures that may be affected by excavations (such as buiIding foundations and bridge footings). The Property owner wiII ensure that Property deveIopment activities wiII not interfere with, or otherwise impair or compromise, remediaI activities that were performed per the approved RAWP.

Any future intrusive work that will penetrate, encounter or disturb the remaining contamination, and any modifications or repairs to the existing cover system will be performed in compliance with this SMP and Deed Restriction. The Property owner and associated parties preparing the remedial documents submitted to the State, and parties performing this work, are completely responsible for the safe performance of all invasive work, the structural integrity of excavations, and for structures that may be affected by excavations (such as building foundations and bridge footings). The Property owner will ensure that Property development activities will not interfere with, or otherwise impair or compromise, remedial activities that were performed per the approved RAWP.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.

  • Educator Plans: Improvement Plan A) An Improvement Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is unsatisfactory.

  • Remediation Plan If deficiencies or weaknesses are cited on the evaluation form, the evaluator, working with the evaluatee, shall develop a written remediation plan for the purpose of assisting the evaluatee to improve. The remedial action plan shall be attached to the evaluation document and shall contain:

  • Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Professional Growth and Improvement Plans A. Professional growth and improvement plans shall be developed as follows:

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf):
