Excess Electrical Usage. Tenant’s use of electrical service shall not exceed, either in voltage or rated capacity, that which Landlord reasonably deems to be standard for the Building. If Tenant requests permission to consume excess electrical service, Landlord may refuse to consent if such excess electrical service is not available at the Building or may condition consent upon conditions that Landlord reasonably elects (including, without limitation, the installation of utility service upgrades, to the extent permitted by Law, the installation and maintenance costs of which shall be paid for by Tenant). Landlord shall have the right to separately meter electrical usage for the Premises and to measure electrical usage by survey or other commonly accepted methods.
Excess Electrical Usage. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent the cost of any electricity consumed by Tenant in excess of an average of five xxxxx per square foot of approximate rentable area of the Premises. Upon determining Tenant's regular requirement of electricity in excess of an average of five xxxxx per square foot of approximate rentable area of the Premises per month Landlord shall have the right to install a separate meter serving the Premises to measure Tenant's additional electrical consumption. Such meter shall be installed, maintained and read by Landlord. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent the cost and expense of installation, maintenance, and reading of such meter.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

Rather, Williamson County will reimburse Vendor for visitor parking on an individual basis for each time a visitor uses Vendor’s visitor parking. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement. 7.11 Operating and maintenance expenses as well as other personal expenses, such as parking tickets, traffic violations, and car repairs and collision damage are not reimbursable.
