Exclusion of Antisocial Forces. All users of the PayPal services each represents and warrants that the user is not currently an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a person who stopped being a member of an organized crime group less than five (5) years ago, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a person having a close relationship with an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime affiliated enterprise, a ‘Sokaiya’ corporate extortionist or the like, an organized crime group feigning advocacy of a social movement etc., ‘specialized knowledge’ organized crime group (tokushu-chino-boryoku-shudan) or the like, or other party commensurate thereto (hereinafter referred to as a “Member of an Organized Crime Group, Etc.”), and that the user does not fall under any one of the following, and firmly promises that the user will not fall thereunder in the future:
Exclusion of Antisocial Forces. The Landlord and the Tenant hereby pledge each of the following to each other. That they themselves do not qualify as organized crime, companies related to organized crime, sokaiya racketeers, or similar parties, or members thereof (referred to collectively hereinafter as “antisocial forces”). That their officers (this refers to employees executing business operations, directors, executive officers, and similar parties) do not qualify as antisocial forces. That they are not allowing antisocial forces to use their name to conclude this Contract. That they will not engage in any of the following acts, either themselves or through use of a third party: Acts of threatening speech or behavior or violence toward the other party Acts of impeding the other’s business or damaging its trust through use of fraud or intimidation The Tenant may not transfer the right of lease, nor sublease the Property in whole or in part to antisocial forces, regardless of whether or not the Landlord has consented thereto.

The customer represents that he/she is not a member of an organized crime group; a person who was a member of an organized crime group at any time within the last five years; an associate member of an organized crime group; a member of a firm affiliated with an organized crime group; a corporate extortionist, etc., a racketeering organization advocating a social campaign, etc., a member of a crime group specialized in intellectual crimes, etc., or any other person equivalent to any one of the foregoing (hereinafter collectively referred to as an “organized crime group member, etc.”) or a person falling under any one of the following items, and the customer undertakes that he/she will not become an organized crime group member, etc. or a person falling under any one of the following items at any time in the future: (1) the customer has a relationship with an organized crime group member, etc. (including any organization, firm or group to which the said organized crime group member, etc. belongs in the capacity of a member or associate member; the same applies hereinafter in the following four items of this paragraph) in such a manner that the organized crime group member, etc. is recognized as controlling the customer’s management; (2) the customer has a relationship with an organized crime group member, etc. in such a manner that the organized crime group member, etc. is recognized as being substantially involved in the customer’s management; (3) the customer has a relationship with an organized crime group member, etc. in such a manner that the customer is recognized as unjustifiably exploiting the organized crime group member, etc. with the aim of pursuing illicit gains for the customer himself/herself or a third party or inflicting damage on a third party; (4) the customer has a relationship with an organized crime group member, etc. in such a manner that the customer is recognized as providing funds etc. or extending support to the organized crime group member, etc.; or (5) any individual substantially involved in the customer’s management has a socially unacceptable relationship with an organized crime group member, etc. 2. The customer undertakes not to conduct, or cause a third party to conduct, an act corresponding to any one of the following items: (1) making a violent demand; (2) making an unjustifiable demand beyond legal responsibility; (3) using intimidation or violence in relation to any Transaction; (4) discrediting the Bank or interferin...
Exclusion of Antisocial Forces. TCV does not do business with antisocial forces. If the User is found to be an antisocial force after the commencement of the transaction, or if TCV receives an unreasonable demand from the User, TCV may terminate this Agreement and any other agreements between TCV and the User, and will exclude the User from any and all future transactions with TCV and sever all other ties with the User, provided that in such case the User shall pay the Usage Fee stipulated in this Terms of Agreement and will be responsible for the performance of all other obligations.

The Customer shall represent and warrant the following matters at all times from the time of entering into this Agreement to the end of the Agreement, before entering into this Agreement. (1) The Customer himself or herself is not an organized crime group, a group associated with an organized crime group (affiliate), a so-called corporate racketeer, a group engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of conducting social campaigns, a group engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of conducting political activities, or other anti-social forces or a member thereof (hereinafter referred to as “anti-social forces”), and there is no such concern. (2) An officer or employee deemed to substantially exercise equivalent control, a creditor or shareholder (investor), etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as an “officer, etc.”) of the Customer does not constitute anti-social forces, and there is no such concern. (3) In cases of using a third party for the purpose of carrying out work, the third party or officers of the third party are not anti-social forces, and there is no such concern. (4) The Customer or its officer, etc. has not personally, or through a third party, committed such acts as acts of violence, fraud, threatening words, acts of business interference, or the like, or committed an act which damages or is likely to damage the reputation and credibility of the Company or a related person. 2. If facts contrary to the representations and warranties set forth in the preceding paragraph are found, the Company may cancel this Agreement without being required to give any notice. 3. A Customer for which the Agreement has been cancelled pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph may not make any claim to the Company regarding damage caused through the cancellation.

The user and the Company shall guarantee, to the other party, no person is its officer or employee who has not passed five years since he/she was no longer a gangster, or an associate member of a gangster (Hereinafter, these are referred to as "gang members, etc."). The user and the Company shall assure, to the other party, that it will not fall under any of the following items, (1) Having a relationship in which gangsters, etc. are recognized as controlling management. (2) Having a relationship in which the members of the gangsters, etc. are deemed to be substantially involved in management.
