Excused Absence. a. Management may grant an eligible bargaining unit employee an excused absence from duty without loss of pay and without charge to a bargaining unit employee’s personal leave accounts as set forth in TSA policy. b. Excused absence may be granted to attend TSA job interviews. c. Excused absence should also be authorized for the following: i. Registration and Voting ii.
