If selected, the Kroll team will work with the City and DOJ to develop a monitoring plan consistent with the terms of the Settlement Agreement, and provide technical advice and consultation. Thereafter, our team will oversee implementation of the agreement and order, assess the City’s compliance, report on the status of compliance to the parties and the Court, address any barriers to compliance with the parties, and work closely with the interested to resolve disputes or differences.
