Common use of EXHIBITION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITION OF AGREEMENT. Every employer shall affix and keep affixed in his establishment in a conspicuous place readily accessible to his employees, in the form prescribed in the regulations under the Act, a legible copy of this part of the Agreement in at least two official languages: Provided further that every employer on whom the collective agreement, arbitration award, or determination is binding must - (a) keep a copy of that collective agreement, arbitration award or determination available in the workplace at all times; (b) make that copy available for inspection by any employee; and (c) give a copy of that collective agreement, arbitration award or determination - (i) to an employee who has paid the prescribed fee; and (ii) free of charge, on request, to an employee who is a trade union representative or a member of a workplace forum.
