Common use of EXHIBITION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITION OF AGREEMENT. Every employer on whom the Main Collective Agreement is binding must- (a) keep a legible copy of the Main Collective Agreement in two official languages available in the workplace at all times; (b) keep the copy available for inspection by any employee; (c) give a copy of the Main Collective Agreement- (i) to an employee who has paid the specified fee; and (ii) free of charge, on request, to an employee who is a trade union representative or a member of a workplace forum.
