Exhibitor Agreement. All rules and regulations of all applicable exhibitor agreements and related materials are hereby incor- porated into this Agreement.

Exhibitor Agreement. The Terms & Conditions along with the adjoining Contract Agreement comprise the entire agreement between Sounds of Music and the Exhibitor for the Superbowl Bridal Show. The Contract Agreement for the Superbowl Bridal Show presented by Sounds of Music will not be processed if an incomplete, unsigned, or illegible Contract is submitted. The parties agree that, if a signed copy of the agreement is transmitted by Facsimile or E-mail, the said copies shall be deemed to be an original document, fully enforceable there as. Sounds of Music agrees to provide Exhibitor booth space at the Superbowl Bridal Show according to the Terms and Conditions listed below and for the hours determined by Sounds of Music. Sounds of Music will not guarantee any exclusive right to any exhibitor in any product category and reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor/advertiser. Note: The Contract Agreement, when signed by Exhibitor, constitutes a binding legal agreement. The Exhibitor agrees that upon acceptance of the Contract Agreement by Sounds of Music, with or without appropriate payment, this Contract shall become a legally binding contract, enforceable against the Exhibitor in accordance with its terms.

Exhibitor Agreement. A. Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by Management, as outlined in this Agreement and in the Information Packet, which is made part of this Agreement by this reference.
B. All matters not covered in these rules and regulations are subject to the decision of Management. Exhibitor agrees that Management shall have the final decision concerning any disputes between Exhibitors and the adoption of any rule or regulation deemed necessary prior to, during, and after the Festival.
C. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules, requirements and regulations of the official contractors serving the City of Xxxxxxxx, and all rules, requirements and regulations of the City of Xxxxxxxx and the State of Arizona. It is Exhibitor’s duty to be familiar with the rules, requirements and regulations contained herein and in the Information Packet that is available on-line and in print.
D. In the event an Exhibitor defaults in the performance of any of the terms and contained in this Agreement, and Management employs attorneys to enforce any part of the Agreement, Exhibitor shall reimburse Management for attorney’s fees incurred whether or not a suit is actually filed.
E. Exhibitor agrees to obtain, at its own expense, any licenses and/or permit(s) and/or authorization from governmental bodies, which may be required for the operations of the Exhibitor’s trade or business and to pay all taxes levied against Exhibitor as a result of its operations and business during the Festival.
F. Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
(1) determine the eligibility of Exhibitors and exhibits for the Festival;
(2) reject or prohibit exhibits or Exhibitors, which Management considers objectionable;
(3) relocate Exhibitors or exhibits when, in Management’s opinion, such moves are necessary to maintain the character and/or good order of the Festival; and
(4) should any rented space remain unoccupied on the opening day, or at any time thereafter, Management may rent said space to another Exhibitor, but this shall not negate the obligation of the “no show.” Exhibitor shall pay the full amount of the rental Agreement, whether or not said space is resold.
G. Exhibitor represents and warrants that it is properly licensed by the appropriate authorities to sell and operate the products and services it is offering the public at the Festival.
Exhibitor Agreement. You are invited to exhibit at the 2018 LULAC National Women’s Conference Latina Expo. Exhibit set up starts on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 7:00 am. The Latina Expo is open on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (times subject to change).

No use of microphones, loudspeakers, or other amplifying public address devices, without consent of the Greater Midwest Automotive Recyclers Exposition; all displays, interviews, conferences, distribution of literature, lectures and cash sales will be made within the confines of leased booth space. Any conferences, meetings, solicitation of business or canvassing in leased space are not permitted except in the interest of the Corporation, Company or Individual hose name appears on the firm name sign. All signs will be limited to 8 feet in height, and all displays requesting more than 8 feet in height must secure approval from the Greater Midwest Automotive Recyclers Exposition.
Exhibitor Agreement. By executing this agreement, Exhibitor requests and applies for exhibition space at the ANTEC® 2016 Conference to be held May 23 – 25, 2016. In submitting this application, Exhibitor representative acknowledges that he/she has the authority to sign this agreement and has read and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations appearing on the reverse side of this document and in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Further, Exhibitor agrees to abide by the ANTEC® 2016 deposit and cancellation policy that appears below in the Rules and Regulations portion of this document. Exhibitor Signature:
