Existing Fences. Obtain written permission from property owner(s) prior to relocating or dismantling fences that-interfere with construction operations. Reach agreements with the fence owner as to the period the fence may be left relocated or dismantled. Install adequate gates where fencing must be maintained. Keep gates closed and locked at all times when not in use.

Existing Fences. The CONTRACTOR is notified that COUNTY settled with the property owners for parcels 1032, 1033, and 1050 to relocate their existing fences. In the event that the fences are not relocated, the CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with the COUNTY and property owners to relocate the fences. Additionally, the existing fence for parcel 1018 hasn’t been relocated. The CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with the COUNTY and property owners to relocate the fence. In both cases, if the existing fences need to be relocated, the CONTRACTOR shall remove the existing fences and install temporary fencing at the contract price of pay item 000-00-000 (FENCING TYPE A, 5’ STD incl.
