Expansion of Services. The term “Transaction Services” shall include each of the Additional Services. All terms of the Agreement applicable to the Transaction Services shall be applicable to each Additional Service(s).
Expansion of Services. The terms “Services” and “Payment Gateway Services,” as each is defined in the Agreement, shall include each of the Value-Added Services. Each Value-Added Service is described on the Payment Gateway Web site and in other Services Documentation provided to You from time to time. All terms of the Agreement applicable to the Payment Gateway Services shall be applicable to each Value- Added Service.
Expansion of Services. The terms “GSPAYTECH Services” and/or “Services,” as each is defined i n the Agreement, shall include each of the Additional Services. All terms of the Agreement applicable to the GSPAYTECH Services shall be applicable to each Additional Service(s).
Expansion of Services. 2.1 If CP creates any new, Department of Education (DOE) licensed school programs to its list of corporate-run services, all Special Education Teachers, Regular Education Teachers, Special Education Teacher Assistants, and Instructors, or similarly titled educational positions in such programs shall be covered by this Agreement, provided that a majority of the employees in the new school program designate the UAW as their collective bargaining agent through a certified, independently conducted, election process.
Expansion of Services. If Xxxxxxxx Programs adds any further units for residential services, all Family Support Counselors, Senior Family Support Counselors, or similarly titled direct care positions in such units shall be covered by this Agreement, provided that a majority of those employees in the new residential services designate the Union as their collective bargaining agent through the submission of individually signed union authorization cards. Cards will be assessed for majority status by a mutually agreeable neutral third-party once a full complement of employees in the new unit has been hired.

The Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode Service are described on the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx website and in other service materials provided to You from time to time. All terms of the Agreement applicable to the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services and the Services shall be applicable to the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode Services.
