Violation of this policy is cause for discipline up to and including dismissal, reprimand, suspension without pay, termination, or discharge from employment and referral for investigation and/or prosecution by law enforcement agencies for violation of the standards of conduct. Employees may also be required to participate in and satisfactorily complete a drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program approved by the School at the employee’s expense.   • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.
