Expectations for Girl Scout Members, Staff, and Volunteers. Each Girls Scout member, supervising adult staff, and volunteer must adhere to the expectations set out in the Agreement with respect to appropriate behavior and appearance; the setting up and xxxxxxx of the cookie sales booths; interaction with Walmart or Sam’s Club shoppers; and dealing with inquires or requests from local media. In addition to those expectations, members, supervising adult staff, and volunteers may not communicate verbally or in writing any message on Walmart or Sam’s Club property that contains or depicts violence, obscenities, pornography, gross or gruesome scenes, racial or ethnic slurs, or inflammatory slogans likely to provoke a disturbance. This restriction applies to all forms of oral communications, body gestures, signs, posters, placards, displays, handbills, or written material.

  • New Member Orientation The Employer will notify the Union of any newly represented temporary employees. The Union will be given the opportunity to have a Union representative speak with the newly represented temporary employees for not more than thirty (30) minutes to provide information about the Union and this Agreement.

  • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant.   • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Supplier Staff engaged within the boundaries of the Customer’s Premises shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or within the boundaries of those Customer’s Premises.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.
