Expenditure Limitation. Seller shall not deliver the goods or perform the services specified in any purchase order if the price thereof together with the price of all previous purchase orders issued under the Contract exceeds the total expenditure authorized by the Contract, unless and until the total amount of expenditure authorized under the Contract has been increased by means of a duly executed revision or amendment to the Contract. Seller shall inform Con Xxxxxx in writing when the total price of goods or services ordered under the Contract reaches seventy-five percent (75%) of the maximum expenditure authorized by the Contract.
Expenditure Limitation. A. Contractor is not authorized to exceed $10,000 per individual purchase order unless the City’s Purchasing Department has given advance written approval, after approval of the expenditure by the City Commission. The expenditure limitation shall not be considered as an obligation of the City to expend such amount.
