Expenditure Limitation. For services, travel and living expenses, the total authorized expenditure limitation hereunder is not to exceed $1,000 per calendar year unless prior authorization is obtained in writing from Company.
Expenditure Limitation. Seller shall not deliver the goods or perform the services specified in any purchase order if the price thereof together with the price of all previous purchase orders issued under the Contract exceeds the total expenditure authorized by the Contract, unless and until the total amount of expenditure authorized under the Contract has been increased by means of a duly executed revision or amendment to the Contract. Seller shall inform Con Xxxxxx in writing when the total price of goods or services ordered under the Contract reaches seventy-five percent (75%) of the maximum expenditure authorized by the Contract.
Expenditure Limitation. A. Contractor is not authorized to exceed $10,000 per individual purchase order unless the City’s Purchasing Department has given advance written approval, after approval of the expenditure by the City Commission. The expenditure limitation shall not be considered as an obligation of the City to expend such amount.
Expenditure Limitation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Manager shall not, without the prior written authorization of Owner, expend any sums or incur any obligation for the expenditure of sums with respect to any items of expense other than for expense items estimated in the annual budget for the Building pursuant to Section 5 hereof, except for (a) tenant improvements and real estate commissions required under a lease executed by Owner, (b) expenses and costs relating to instances of maintenance or repair of the Building that do not exceed $1,000.00, or (c) emergency situations posing a danger to person or property.
Expenditure Limitation. 7.1 No operation shall be conducted on or in respect of the Property except as hereinafter provided for by this Agreement. No expenditure shall be made by Operator for the Joint Account in developing and operating the Property or for capital investment in excess of $100,000 unless made pursuant to a Work Plan and Budget approved as provided in Paragraphs 8.5 or 8.6 below or in connection with an operation or proposal approved pursuant to the non-consent provisions of Article VIII hereof, except in the case of expenses reasonably incurred in safeguarding life and property in case of a blowout, explosion, fire, flood, storm, hurricane, catastrophe or other sudden emergency.
