Expenses and Automobile. Xxxxxx is authorized to incur reasonable expenses for promoting the business of FNB, including expenses for travel, entertainment and similar items on behalf of FNB business. FNB shall reimburse Xxxxxx for all such expenses upon the presentation by Xxxxxx, from time to time, of an itemized account of such expenditures. In addition, FNB shall provide Xxxxxx with an automobile for his use during the Term.
Expenses and Automobile. The Company agrees to pay Employee mileage at the rate of $_____ per kilometre for his use of the Employee's vehicle for Company business or $______ per month whichever is greater.
Expenses and Automobile. The Company agrees to reimburse the Principal for all necessary and authorized expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the provision and performance of services hereunder and for which statements and receipts are submitted to the Company, including authorized travel and other expenses incidental to the duties undertaken hereunder. The Company agrees to pay the Principal for his use of the Principal's vehicle for Company business as set forth in Schedule "A".
Expenses and Automobile. The Company shall, upon receipt of appropriate documentation, reimburse Employee each month for his reasonable travel, lodging, entertainment, promotion and other ordinary and necessary business expenses consistent with Company policies. Employee shall also be entitled to an automobile allowance of $450 per month while he is an Employee.
Expenses and Automobile. (i) The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable business expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in the performance of his responsibilities hereunder in accordance with the Company’s prevailing policy and practice relating to reimbursements as established, modified or amended from time to time. The Employee must provide substantiation and documentation of these expenses to the Company in order to receive reimbursement.
(ii) During the Term of this Agreement, the Employer shall buy or lease a full size luxury vehicle of the Employer’s choosing for the Employee’s exclusive use and/or, at the Employee’s option, provide the Employee with a monthly automobile allowance in an amount sufficient to pay the Employee’s costs for the purchase or lease of such a vehicle, and the Employer shall reimburse the Employee (upon submission by him of reasonably itemized accounts thereof) for all gasoline, tolls, parking and other reasonable related expenses on such vehicle.

Expenses and Automobile. BUSINESS EXPENSES:
(a) Company will reimburse the Employee for necessary and reasonable business expenses (e.g. phones, travel, etc.) upon production of receipts and within the following parameters:
(i) Air Travel o Economy Class tickets on domestic flights, upgrades when reasonable; and o Business Class tickets on international flights if financially reasonable and available.
(ii) Car Rental o Economy Class car for Domestic Travel or upgrades when reasonable; and o Premium Class car or driver assisted vehicle for International Travel.
Expenses and Automobile. The Employee is authorized to incur reasonable expenses for promoting the business of the Employer, including expenses for business travel, business entertainment and similar items. Airline travel will generally be other than first class except when business reasons require otherwise. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for all work related expenses upon the weekly presentation by the Employee of adequate itemized receipts as may be required by tax laws or regulations. In addition, the Employee shall be entitled to the use of a full sized automobile as approved by the Board of Directors with all business, fuel, insurance and maintenance expenses relating to the automobile paid for by the Employer.

Featherman is authorized to incur reasonable expenses for promxxxxx xxx business of FNB, including expenses for travel, entertainment and similar items on behalf of FNB business. FNB shall reimburse Featherman for all such expenses upon the presentation by Featherxxx, xxxx time to time, of an itemized account of such exxxxxxxxxxs. In addition, FNB shall provide Featherman with an automobile for his use during the Term xx xxxx Agreement. ..
