Expenses of the Committee. The Corporation agrees to pay the expenses, salaries, and benefits of the members of the Transition Committee who are not full-time representatives of the Union, while performing the work of the Committee and any additional personnel and resources provided to the Committee, the fees and expenses of a neutral third party and other fees and expenses of the Committee.
Expenses of the Committee. G1. Any expenses payable to Members as a result of their membership of the Joint Planning Policy Committee will be reimbursed by the individual PLPAs in accordance with their own Constitutions.
Expenses of the Committee. The Debtor shall pay all reasonable ------------------------- expenses incurred by the Committee and the Disbursing Agent in the performance of their duties under this Agreement, including reasonable attorney fees, upon presentation of appropriate evidence thereof. The Debtor shall not, however, be required to pay any fee to a member of the Committee for service on the Committee.
Expenses of the Committee. The members of the Committee will serve without compensation for services as such. All expenses of the Committee will be paid by the Corporation.
Expenses of the Committee. The expenses of the Committee properly and actually incurred in the performance of its duties under the Plan shall be paid by the Company.
