  • RESPONSIBLE BIDDER A Bidder that is determined to have financial and organizational capacity, legal authority, satisfactory previous performance, skill, judgment and integrity, and that is found to be competent, reliable and experienced, as determined by the Commissioner. For purposes of being deemed responsible, a Bidder must also be determined to be in compliance with Sections 139-j and 139-k of the State Finance Law relative to restrictions on contacts during the procurement process and disclosure of contacts and prior findings of non-responsibility under these statutes.

  • Related Experience Previous experience related to the duties associated with the position.

  • Experience A minimum of 1 year of IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

  • *Experienced Educator An educator with Professional Teacher Status (PTS).

  • Response to Evaluation The teacher shall have the right to make a written response to the evaluation and to have it attached to the evaluation report to be placed in the teacher's personnel file. A copy, signed by both parties, shall be provided to the teacher.

  • NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION In accordance with Section 139-d of the State Finance Law, if this contract was awarded based upon the submission of bids, Contractor affirms, under penalty of perjury, that its bid was arrived at independently and without collusion aimed at restricting competition. Contractor further affirms that, at the time Contractor submitted its bid, an authorized and responsible person executed and delivered to the State a non-collusive bidding certification on Contractor's behalf.
