Common use of EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall be in effect from July 1st, 2017 and shall remain in force until June 30th, 2023 and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

The only changes that are retroactive are as specifically mentioned.

It shall continue in effect from year to year, but either year thereafter unless changed or terminated as provided herein. 23.2 Either party may, wishing to change or terminate this Agreement must serve written notice to the other party not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) calendar days before nor less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry expiration date of this Agreement give notice in writing its desire to the other party to modify, amend or terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofAgreement.
