EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. This Agreement is for a term of one (1) year beginning on the effective date of this Agreement, which shall be the date reflected on the written notice to proceed, and may be renewed twice, only if mutually agreed to in writing by the DEPARTMENT and the LOCAL GOVERNMENT. Any such renewal shall be subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and shall be contingent upon both satisfactory LOCAL GOVERNMENT performance evaluations by the DEPARTMENT and the availability of funds. This Agreement may be extended if mutually agreed in writing by both parties, for a period not to exceed six (6) months and shall be subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. There shall be only one (1) extension of this Agreement.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. The Card is valid up to the last day of the month/year indicated on the Card. A renewal Card shall be sent by the Bank before the expiry of the Card at the discretion of the Bank. The Bank reserves the sole right of renewing the Card account on expiry. The Card Holder is responsible for destroying the expired Card. Unless we are notified in writing otherwise, re-issued cards will be sent to your last known address according to the records of the Bank.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. 1. All increases in Wage Rates shall be calculated from the Journeyman Base Rate.
2. Apprentices’ hours worked will be applied to total hours for an increase in brackets.
3. Overtime rate will start after 40 hours.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. This Agreement shall have an initial term of 20 years commencing on the date hereof and expiring on the 20th anniversary thereof (the "Initial Term"). On or before the expiration of the Initial Term, Customer and Supplier shall negotiate in good faith to renew this Agreement, and any such renewal period that is agreed to shall constitute the "Renewal Term". For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Expiration Date" shall refer to (a) the last day of the Initial Term if the term of this Agreement is not timely renewed, or (b) the last day of the Renewal Term in the event that the parties hereto renew the Initial Term of this Agreement.
