Export Limitations. Client shall comply with all export and import laws of all countries involved in the sale of the Products and Project Deliverables or any resale of the Products and Project Deliverables by the Client. Submer shall not be liable for any Products or Project Deliverables exported without necessary licenses, authorizations, or consents.

Export Limitations. USWeb/CKS acknowledges that the laws and regulations of the United States and other nations restrict the export of the Software and agrees to comply with such laws and regulations. USWeb/CKS agrees that it will not export or re-export or import the Software in any form without first obtaining the appropriate United States and foreign government approvals.
Export Limitations. The Confidential Information that the Parties may desire to disclose, or that is discovered, pursuant to this Agreement may be subject to the provisions of the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations promulgated thereunder, or the Arms Export Control Act or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. The Parties acknowledge that these statutes and regulations impose restrictions on import, export and transfer to countries of certain categories of data and licenses from the U. S. Department of State and/or the U. S. Department of Commerce may be required before such data can be disclosed hereunder. Moreover, such licenses may impose further restrictions on use and further disclosure of such data.
Export Limitations. VAR shall not market, distribute, or support any Authorized Product(s) (i) to any entity purporting to be an End User but which is either known to VAR or known to Autodesk and communicated to VAR to have the intent to, or have attempted to, sublicense such Authorized Product(s) to bona fide End Users or other third parties, or (ii) to any End User or other third party who intends to export the Authorized Products, without written authorization from Autodesk.

If you access the Website from locations outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Export Limitations. 18.1 Performance of the contract (particularly compliance with the agreed service levels) by KBC shall be subject to the fact that no obstacles whatsoever due to national and/or international laws, particularly export control provisions, are opposed to it. With respect to the commodity financed under this agreement, the export limitation period for same or like commodities shall be U.S. FY 1970 and that part of any subsequent fiscal year during which relevant [*3] commodities financed under this agreement are being imported and utilized.
Export Limitations. You understand and agree that to access online banking, you and/or your usersbrowser software will require encryption capabilities that may be subject to strict export license requirements prior to export from the U.S. or Canada. We do not provide browser software. You and/or your users must obtain browser software directly from the manufacturer. You agree that you and/or your users will not download, ship, transfer or export any browser software or other software or technical data for use with online banking or download a Service Provider’s direct product into any country or use these in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or the requirements of the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR Parts 730-774) (the “EAR”) or any other regulation, law or Executive Order. Further, you agree that you and/or your users will not use online banking from any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods. As applicable, you will advise your users of these export limitations and be responsible for any violations caused by them. Your obligations under this provision shall remain in effect after termination of this Agreement.‌
Export Limitations. You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Software except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Software was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Application may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries, or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use the Software for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, but not limited to, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear missiles, or chemical or biological weapons.
