Export Limitations. Client shall comply with all export and import laws of all countries involved in the sale of the Products and Project Deliverables or any resale of the Products and Project Deliverables by the Client. Export Limitations. You acknowledge and agree that the Acronis Backup Cloud Product and Platform may be subject to export controls in the United States and other countries. You agree to comply with all United States export laws and regulations and with all export or import regulations of other countries, and you shall not and shall not allow any third-party to remove or export from the United States or allow the export or re-export of any part of the Acronis Backup Cloud Product and Platform or any direct product thereof (a) into (or to a national or resident of) any embargoed or terrorist-supporting country; (b) to anyone on the U.S. Commerce Department‟s Table of Denial Orders or U.S. Treasury Department‟s list of Specially Designated Nationals; or (c) to any country to which such export or re-export is restricted or prohibited, or as to which the United States government or any agency thereof requires an export license or other governmental approval at the time of export or re-export without first obtaining such license or approval. You assume sole responsibility for any required export approval and/or licenses and all related costs and for the violation of any United States export law or regulation.
Export Limitations. 9.1 You acknowledge that the Software is subject to US and European Union export regulations. You shall comply with applicable export and import laws and regulations for the jurisdiction in which the Software will be imported and/or exported. You shall not export the Software to any individual, entity or country prohibited by applicable law or regulation. You are responsible, at your own expense, for any local government permits, licenses or approvals required for importing and/or exporting the Software.
Export Limitations. You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Software except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Software was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Application may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries, or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use the Software for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, but not limited to, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear missiles, or chemical or biological weapons.
