EXPRESS APPURTENANT RIGHTS (SEP 2013. A. The Government shall have the non-exclusive right to the use of Appurtenant Areas, and shall have the right to post rules and regulations governing conduct on federal property, Title 41 CFR, Part 102-74, Subpart C within such areas. The Government will coordinate with Lessor to ensure signage is consistent with lessor’s standards. Appurtenant to the premises and included in the lease are rights to use the following: B. Parking: 75 parking spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the Government, 10 of which shall confirm to the Americans with Disabilities Act. In addition, Lessor shall provide such additional parking spaces as required by the applicable code of the local Government entity having jurisdiction over the property. C. Antennas, Satellite Dishes, and Related Transmission Devices: (1) Space located on the roof of the Building sufficient in size for the installation and placement of telecommunications equipment, (2) the right to access the roof of the Building, and (3) use of all Building areas (e.g., chases, plenums, etc.) necessary for the use, operation, and maintenance of such telecommunications equipment at all times during the term of this Lease.

  • CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.

  • Access Rights Upon reasonable notice and supervision by the Granting Party, and subject to any required or necessary regulatory approvals, either the Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer (“Granting Party”) shall furnish to the other of those two Parties (“Access Party”) at no cost any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements with respect to lands owned or controlled by the Granting Party, its agents (if allowed under the applicable agency agreement), or any Affiliate, that are necessary to enable the Access Party to obtain ingress and egress at the Point of Interconnection to construct, operate, maintain, repair, test (or witness testing), inspect, replace or remove facilities and equipment to: (i) interconnect the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System; (ii) operate and maintain the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities and the New York State Transmission System; and (iii) disconnect or remove the Access Party’s facilities and equipment upon termination of this Agreement. In exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party. The Access Party shall indemnify the Granting Party against all claims of injury or damage from third parties resulting from the exercise of the access rights provided for herein.

  • Goods, Standards and Appurtenances Any Goods delivered must be standard new Goods, latest model, except as otherwise specifically stated in the Contract. Remanufactured, refurbished or reconditioned equipment may be accepted but only to the extent allowed under the Contract. Where the Contract does not specifically list or describe any parts or nominal appurtenances of equipment for the Goods, it shall be understood that the Contractor shall deliver such equipment and appurtenances as are usually provided with the manufacturer's stock model.

  • Additional Access Rights For the avoidance of doubt any grant of Access Rights not covered by the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement shall be at the absolute discretion of the owning Party and subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the owning and receiving Parties.

  • Specific Provisions for Access Rights to Software For the avoidance of doubt, the general provisions for Access Rights provided for in this Section 9 are applicable also to Software.
