Extended Childcare Leave. Upon written notification, no later than 30 days before the expiration of the aggregate leave, an employee will be given a further unpaid leave of absence not to exceed one year. An employee wishing continued coverage under any applicable group plan, will pay total premium cost while on extended childcare leave.
