Common use of Extended Health Care Plan (EHCP) Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care Plan (EHCP). The Corporation agrees that the Extended Health Care Plan (EHCP), as amended from time to time, shall have effect during the term of this Agreement. The Corporation’s contribution to the “Basic” coverage under the EHCP (excluding the optional expense benefits of the EHCP) shall be ninety-five percent (95%) and the contribution of the employee shall be five percent (5%).
