Extended Leadership Program. The following items are to be considered by the JCC in the context of the Extended Leadership Program: • Extended activities related to implementation of the professional growth system, such as mentoring • Providing training, presentation at workshops, or other similar activities that are not part of the unit member’s normal job responsibilities • Writing professional articles that are published • Major presentations to state and/or national groups • Extensive unusual and extreme work related to job responsibilities • Performance incentives • Accomplishments such as professional national certification • Service on substantial and/or intense systemwide committees • Recognition of unit members for assuming various leadership career opportunities • Recognition opportunities and rewards, which may include funds, credits, certificates, commendations, etc. • Proactive communication tools to market and implement this program

Extended Leadership Program. The Extended Leadership Program (ELP) encourages and recognizes administrators for lead- ership contributions beyond those inherent in their primary job. Persons, either individually or collectively (e.g. committee or task force), can be nominated for recognition, request workplace resources, and/or receive a monetary award under this program. The ELP can be initiated through self-nomination or by a colleague, a supervisor, a committee participant, a community member, MCPS, MCAAP, or any other person who has knowledge of the nominee’s extended leadership contributions. Persons may make a request for workplace resources or nominate themselves for recognition. Related to Extended Leadership Program

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Extended Health Plan (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the monthly premiums for the extended health care plan that will cover the employee, their spouse and dependent children, provided they are not enrolled in another plan.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
